Wine tasting in beautiful Temecula Valley is a wonderful experience. Numerous wineries are spread throughout the valley. The best varietals to investigate are Spanish and Italian varietals, including Tempranillo, Sangiovese, and Barbera. Syrah, a Rhone-style grape, also does well. Due to the warm climate and Pierce’s Disease, you won’t find much Chardonnay or Pinot Noir in the valley. Visit today!

MiraCosta College San Elijo Campus completed construction on a new building this week. Also in the mix is the renovation of Bldg 400, where wine appreciation classes are typically held. The campus reopens on Jan 1, 2022. The winter/spring semester is going to be so exciting!
