In October, the Wine Ninjas and I took a scouting trip to Paso Robles. Here, we learned an incredible amount about Paso Wine Country and secured a couple of great sponsorships from Lone Madrone and Desperada. You’ll see these wines at MiraCosta College next semester!

Tasmania

I am taste-testing a sparkling wine from Tasmania named 42 Degrees South, which is the latitude of Tasmania. This wine is not available in the US, but you can find it at my MiraCosta wine appreciation course this fall entitled Wines From A Land Down Under.

FRANCE
