Taurasi is a wine from Campania in Southern Italy made from the Aglicanico grape varietal.

Koshu is a white varietal from Japan. It can be hard to find locally, but I found one!

Before going to an event, I remove the foil from the bottles for quick & easy opening at the event.

Some of the suitcase wines I brought back for MiraCosta College include 3 bottles of 2018 Château La Marzelle.

After randomly picking up a bottle of 2018 Château Grand Corbin at a wine shop in Saint-Émilion, I coincidentally the next day ran by the chateau on a morning workout and snapped a photo.
