Today I received my official certificate as a Level 1 Associate of Cheese. Is Level 2 next?

The next MiraCosta College wine appreciation course Discovering Gems of the Wine World has SOLD OUT with about 3 weeks to go before the first class session. Thank you to all who have registered. This will be FANTASTIC course. I have lined up guest speakers from Texas, Colorado, and Greece. Lots, lots, and lots of schwag. Special prizes will be given away to trivia quiz winners.
